    Remote Phones stopped working after 4.1.77 upgrade

    My remote phones (IP on the Fly) seemed to stop working after I upgraded to 4.1.77. The phone can call other extensions at the office and all is fine but when they call outside (9, some phone) the phones rings. They can hear the remote person but the remote person can not hear the person on...

    Changing Extension and/or replacing a phone

    I need to replace a 1102 phone with a 2102 phone. Is there an easy way to do this? What I ended up doing for the first replacement seemed like way too much. There must be an easier way? I wanted to just edit the MAC address but I can't get there. Thanks

    Codec - how to change - Broadband Users - Latency

    Hi: I've been trying to get my remote phones which come in via VPN and are connected via Broadband to work better. My friends (I live in Raleigh) are all Cisco people and they suggested that I change my Codec. I can't find where I change it. Can I? Thanks
