    BCM 50 Rls 2.0 Trunks say enabling and won't enable

    I have a BCM 50 RLS 2.0 with just the main cabinet. The Analog trunks will not enable. they say enabling but will never fully enable. I have disabled the trunks then renabled. I loaded all the latest patches. Any help woould be much appreciated. Thanks

    Volume problem on IP sets

    Strange characters on dislpay

    Has anyone experinced the telephones displaying strange characters on the display such as a string RCRK then above the third soft buton !!! . Once you press the third button it shows . 0ESSE then goes back to RCRK. Any help would be great. Thanks
