We have been asked to send 50% of some calls to a skillset and the other 50% to an external number.
This has baffled me, can onl think to do an incremental call counter that resets every 2 calls, and when the counter is 1 the calls go one way, and when it is 2 the calls go another.

Does anybody have any advice on an affordable solution for an alarm monitoring piece of kit/software?
we are looking for something that will spi out all the alarms to an external source within our network, that we can monitor without being permanently having to be logged on ourselves.

Dect Phones!!!!!!
Have got a dect phone logged in to Symposium, but cannot get it to log out.
I get a dial tone, but when I press * to log it out or go on not ready, i get a null tone.
Any Ideas guys
We have hit capacity on the amount of CDN's we can use, but are still growing in requirements.
to remedy this we are going to move everything on to DNIS.
Has anyoneexperienced any problems when doing this, or have any handy hints or pitfalls to watch for?

How would it be possible for us to get agents to transfer a call directly in to a script without using a cdn (we have reached full capacity, so cant provide an alternative) the call will then pass from this script to another (which does have a cdn assigned to it) where the call is then queued...
Only me again, how would someone actually put their login number in to the analogue set, is it needed when using the LILO mnemonic or is it another one??

Anyone know whather/what the way is, to log what options are being selected once IVR is given?
Do i have to feed everything through seperate cdn's, and run a cdn stat report?
