Magix R4 V7 constant reboot

Dialing 911 from a remote office G150
Greetings, I have a customer who has a CM 4.0.4 on an 8500 with G150's connected via WAN. They want the remote locations to use the dialtone from the CM but when a user at a remote site dials 911 they want it to use local copper for proper caller ID. I have tried using location dialing...- mojo69
