Management wants to see in for example, real time display in Symposium, to which cell phone a call goes when our Helpdesk-Symposium-script is called.

I face the following problem:
when a Supervisor wants to log in to Symposium, they get the Error-message that they cannot log in to the Server, or server
Unreachable:
Troubleshooting found that the User-profile is corrupt.
The fix, is that deleting the user and remade it helps.
But this gives...
Someething strange happens whens installing the latest patches for Symposium classic client:
when installing patch 12,15,18 and reboot, looking in PEP-vieuwer, i see the old previeous installed patches 11,15,16.
but when i really look in the PEP-record folder on C: i see the right ones...
We have the following error:
a windows pop-up which states: Registry Editor.
cannot import c:\WINNT\Temp\Nortel.reg error opening the file.
there maybe a disk or file system error.
It pops up once in a while with starting up the PC.
It does not affect the functionality of Symposium in each way...
