I'll admit to never looking at this at all becuase it always 'just worked', but we have noticed that the preprogrammed dates all come to an end this year, for evrybody in the world!!

For anybody who tried Direct Routing when it first came out, you will know that it didn't work properly with the sip/sip2/sip3 MS FQDNs and the sip-all FQDN had to be added.
For anybody who has done this in the last few months, you might not know that adding the sip-all FQDN was a workaround...

We are currently using Answer Rate (%) as a stat for a report, but this doesn't count calls that have waited less than 'N' secs.

Got an 8.1.65 site where the names keep going blank on the DSS module. Upgraded to 8.1.65, deleted/recreated user, deleted/recreated keys in manager, renamed keys using button on module. They just keep going. They do still work when the labels have gone.
