In CE 10 , when I schedule a report or run a report , it is just in pending state.
1) I have checked in Crystal Reports , the reports refresh fine.
2) Checked all the servers and they are running.
3) Rebooted the servers (Crystal01 & Crystal 02 ), its in cluster.
Need help as we are not able...
When I try to open reports in a particular folder from Crystal reports 10 I get the following error:
"CrystalEnterprise10.FW_InfoObjects.1 '0x80042A37'
Item 1 was not found in the collection.line: 2488"
If I access the same reports from CE 10 , I can view them !!!
In Crystal Enterprise 10, I need the top-level folder currently called ABC REPORTS renamed to QUALITY REPORTS. Will all permissions (access) to the folder and subfolders remains the same, or what steps do I follow so that they remain the same.

Every time report runs, it is creating a new re-occurring instance.
Usually there should be 1 scheduled reoccurring instance for one report, for some reason, there are now over 200 reoccurring instances and a handful of successes. Unfortunately, this is true of all reports scheduled to run at...

When I create a report the tree / drop down links are open by default and even when I open it , the default values come overlapping the given by user.
The version is 10.0 .
is htere anyway we can set the tree structure on the left hand side using preferences or options?.

How to give user additional access to different reports. The user already has access to some reports, now they are to be given additional access to new set of reports.

When the user is scheduling a report , and wants to send the same using email , the attached error pops up. It was working fine till last week, she claims something has changed in the Crystal Enterprise.
All reports are scheduled, so the reports are not run "on demand".
