    Newbie - 8.5 not recognizing new tapes

    I'm a newbie at BE and have ver. 8.6. I have a Dell 120T autoloader that has 7 tapes plus the cleaner. I replaced the tapes and now it I get alerts stating the media is unrecognized. What to do? Thanks in advance!
