Has anyone experienced channel LCKO's on a Nortel Option 11 running Succession 4.0? This occurs on a PRI with a Variant of NI-2. The channels will work fine once they are initially brought up, but as time goes on, the channels will got into LCKO state. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
