    Veritas "End of Tape" Error

    Using Veritas 8.6 on Windows 2000 SP4 I recieved this error "Physical End of Tape Encountered" Why did I recieve this? It dosn't seem to be doing it on the past two backups for the Segate tape drive but i'm afraid of it coming back and i'd like an explanation!
