    I am trying to set up s button on a 6408D+ so that I can progamm a button to send calls to a cell phone. I have ec500 license. I have the old G3 version 11 were I type command "cha xmobile config- Can some please show me how to do this? Or is there another way?

    shutdown CMS command, to move it

    Does anyone know the shutdown command for CMS I know the shutdown and restart command but not the complete shutdown. And to start it up do I just power it up?

    How to add multiple stations ext?

    Is there a way to add multiple extensions. I do an import but when it completes it fails. They are current not in my aar as 2300-2399. Do I have to create a new route pattern as well? I want to add multiple new stations and new vdn's.

    6408D+ goes blank in the middle of a call?

    I have an agent who is on a call then the call drops and the phone goes blank ( phone displays blanks out then comes back on) Could this be a hardware error or something else?

    Why CMS report, calling party reads port number?

    I am doing an agent trace by location report and I am getting port numbers in the calling party field. It is not doing it in all the calling party fields, some of them are showing the ani from the calling party. Why are some of the calling party numbers showing port numbers?

    Is there a way I can restrict certain agents ID's to be able to transfer to only 3 extensions? Or can I restrict station to only transfer to 3 extensions/VDN's?

    Vector collect digits timing

    How do I shorten the amount of time in a vector, from when it [collects digits =1] to when it [routes to] a hunt extension. After hearing the initial announcement I press 1 and it takes about 10 seconds then it goes to the next step.
