We've just upgraded to Office 2007, and it seems that when we drag a calendar appointment from one calendar to another, it now creates a copy in the new one, leaving the appointment in the original calendar as well. Dragging from one calendar to another used to move appointments, not copy them...

What does anyone think about this? There are a number of Outlook based CRM systems currently on the market, do people think they'll fold (or be "folded into" Microsoft) once MS CRM has got a strong foothold in the market?

I've just upgraded from Crystal 8 to 8.5 (and gone on to Windows 2000) and have noticed that when I go to open a Crystal Report, some of them are listed in black type and some in blue. It might be something obvious, but can anyone explain why this is? Thanks
