MICS 1.1 and CISCO 2431 IAD, VOIP
I've got a Nortel MICS v1.1 connected to 8 POTS lines. My boss wants to switch over to VOIP using a CISCO 2431 IAD. Anyone out there have experience going through something like this? Is there a lot of MICS configuration to do or does the system just come up? I need some idea of how complicated...- blzabub

I am administrating a Norstar MICS v1.1 Trilingual system. I am trying to configure a set to have an Answer DN/Answer Button but cannot seem to find it anywhere in system admin menus or configuration menus. Please help!
