    Can't add users in 3.2.4.2

    After some sort of 'event' on a 3.2.4.2 box which prevented any logins due to an unknown problem involving passwd/auth/?, we restored tcb and authck'd and apparently cleared up whatever was wrong. Now however we cannot add users through sysadmsh. Any attempts produce the following error...
