    Printing problem

    I work with the Illustrator CS, and to RIP the AI files to a HP3000cp, i use PhotoPrint. If I have on the file elementes with DROP SHADOW apllied, those elementes appear with a wite shape arround it. How can I avoide this proble. Thankyou
