Hi, I'm running BES 4.1.0.40 and notice that 4 service packs and some hotfixes are avaiable. Do i need to install all the service packs or can i just install SP4 and that includes all the others? Also are there any pitfalls or errors i'm likely to see after installation? Thanks John
