    S8400 reverting back to old translation

    We have a S8400 that for some reason is reverting back to an old translation. Has anyone heard of this. I change the name on a extension and then it reverts back to a old name. I just found out about it, so I'm going to start keeping track of it, but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas??

    I am looking at getting Avaya Certified. What do you recommend for training, books, etc. What should I expect for the test? How many questions? The future is voip, should I focus on cisco switches or stick with Avaya IP?

    I have 2 softconsoles. I have set up the 2nd softconsole to run the Master Directory update using the AT scheduler. After it completes the update, the state of the attd is staying in pos available. Is there a way around this or a fix?
