Outside users cannot connecto to my server.
Hi. I'm using Apache 2.0.50 on Windows XP Home SP 2, and no one can connect to my server but myself. I can connect with http://localhost:23081 as well as http://crackro.no-ip.com and http://70.64.98.167:23081, but no one else can seem to connect.
