I am currently working on an older BCM400 ver 3.6 and I am trying to get Historical Reporting to work for the customer - but the problem I have is I only can retrieve data up to year 2008.
I am working on getting the BCM upgraded to at least 3.7 but in the meantime I remember reading somewhere...
I am in the process of installing a digital recording/logging system. The Recording application is looking to pull the SMDR info realtime.
The only way I have pulled SMDR before over TCPIP is using FTP access to pull it (like with Revolution RSI).

I have a BCM400 with 2 PRI T1's.
I was asked to block 4 specific long distance numbers - so that they would have access to our phone system.
My question is: Where would I configure this? I was told it would be in custom call routing - but cannot find any entry or filter that I could configure...
The owners of my company have put a little pressure on me to find out if our authorized Nortel support techs are giving correct information..

System is full capacity with the 2 T1 interface cards, 3 DSM 32 cards and 1 GATM...
