External call to Cisco Unity Connection version 9 and SIP Diversion header
We have a SIP Peer Trunk group between Cisco CM and Freeswitch (B2BUA softswitch). How can we get a call from the Freeswitch trunk to route to a specific Cisco Unity Connection version 9 mailbox? Balancing 2 off-site vector route-to numbers
My company currently routes calls to VDN 1000 to an external number. We would like to route calls to an additional number with 50% of calls going to number 9xxx xxx xxxx and 50% of calls going to 9yyy yyy yyyy. Can anyone help?- stinkyshoes
