    Won't Logoff or Shutdown

    I have a PC that is a P4 2.8 with a 36 GB SCSI hard drive. This system will not respond to: START --> SHUT DOWN --> LOG OFF or START --> SHUT DOWN --> Shut Down I've even tried the CTRL+ALT+DEL method (SHUTDOWN --> Log off/shutdown) and the same thing happens...nothing. No error...
