H.323 IP Integration to MM trying to set up centralize voicemail!

2.1 Phone manager error "Invalid Stream format"
After uninstalling older version of phone manager and reinstalling phone manager 2.1 I get "Invalid Stream Format" when the executable is opened via the desk top as well as the accuall program folder "c:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager". Got any Ideas?- Brownstar
