Ok I must be missing something. What is the deal with 9400 series phones and 9500 series phones? Do they really make both? I don't see a difference.

OK, I need some help, on the Knowledgebase it shows ContactStore can be installed on XP-Pro,Vista, Windows 7 or on Windows server software. However in the IPOffice 6.0 Matix only the Windows server software or Vista 64 are supported. So what is the real deal?

When I run System Status the screen opens but it is blank. I am on a 406 running ver. 6.2.14. I upgraded Manager to 6.2.17 with same results. Manager seems to work great. PC is running XP Pro Service Pack 3. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

How can I use the monitor fuction to see the incoming digits on a PRI? I can use trace to see the B channels but not the D channel information containing the incoming routing. To bad Avaya won't document the monitor feature. Thanks for any help.
