Target line/6.1 mics
I just upgraded our R1T1 to 6.1, and now the target lines aren't going to the right places-- the call comes in on the T1 channel 1, and then goes to the prime set for that channel, instead of the prime for the target line. Second call to AA line unanswered
We just switched T1 providers, and now if more than one call comes into a single line with AA (0 rings) on in our NAM that call goes busy or simply rings..... The primary NAM DN is 294, and it is not set to fw on busy or fna. KSU 0x32 software R1T1; Nam Norstar VM 1.2E. The NAM isn't busy...- TGW
