I have a One-X G10 system. I unplug the unit and at the 4620sw set I put in ext. and password and it say registering, But when I plug in the G10, I get on the phone unautherized. What can I do to get the G10 to recognize the the 4620sw set.

Hi All I have an opt 11c set up in a lab, with sw 25.15 on it. What was programmed on TN's 3-8 thru 3-9 was OOSSLT on those TN's and I am unable to out OOSSLT on them. How ever there is a patch I did obtain from Nortel, But I do not know how to upload that patch. Any assitance would be great...
