I am having trouble loading pictures and contacts on my 9641g phones. were running CM6 and i am using the Avaya One-X deskphone USB companion to convert the photos and contacts. i can see them on the flash drive but when i plug it into the phone i can not get to it to load them.

Is there a report that lists all mailboxes in the system? We are running a Octel 250/350. We are going to a Aura Messaging system and I want to clean up my mailboxes and get a good list for the new system.
Is there a way to forward a call directly to voicemail instead of it ringing the phone before forwarding to voicemail. Is this a FAC or is this something that needs to be custom set up system by system?

Have a 4621 set that all of the speed dial numbers have dissapeared. When trying to program in new numbers it will take the name and number and when you press save and go into the speed dial's there is nothing there.
