    Is there a way to forward a call directly to voicemail instead of it ringing the phone before forwarding to voicemail. Is this a FAC or is this something that needs to be custom set up system by system?

    Have a 4621 set that all of the speed dial numbers have dissapeared. When trying to program in new numbers it will take the name and number and when you press save and go into the speed dial's there is nothing there. Thanks in advance.
