    Ext usage

    I have an extension that I am trying to find out what it is being used for. I do a list usa ext and it says no data in pbx. I do a display stat xxxx and it says that it is assigned but used as something else. It is not a data port, how can i find out what it is being used for?

    Has anyone ever set up a tie line with a Rockwell and Avaya pbx. If you have could you let me know how you have provisioned the Rockwell ds1 card. If it is different than a normal ds1 in an avaya could you let me know the avaya settings as well. Thanks,

    Can any explain how to set up video through the pbx. I currently have a didicated ISDN but the management would like to look at the quality of going thru the pbx. If someone could point me to the documentation or explain how to set up, it would be appreciated.

    I am trying to set up ip softphone over a vpn network. I have some folks that want to work from home a few days of the week. Does anyone have any information on what ports I need to open in the firewall to get this to work.
