I installed the Voip Monitoring Manager to test it using the 90-day trial period but after 3 days the application stoped working and I saw that the application thinks the trial period is over.
Anyone experienced the same ?

When I open CCC reporting I get the following error: "The underlying connection was closed: unable to connect to the remote server"

I have a customer complaining that one of his extensions goes off-hook automatically. Does anyone know there exists a shortcode to enable/disable this or is this a known issue ? He's running 2.1(27) and using a 6408.

Does anyone also has problems with logging on IP Phone sto the IPO ? Although I'm sure the password is correct we sometimes need to enter it 20 times before the phone logs on. Most of the time we get password errors (almost immediately).
I'm running 2.1(15) but it seems most releases have this...
What do you think about 2.1 ? We're having only trouble with 2.1(15). Problems with non-working time profiles, queues, reboots... Until now it seems 2.0(18) is the most stable build Avaya released.
