IE 6.0 128-bit wont refresh!
My setting are set to check for newer version of page: "Every visit to the page" No site will refresh! What does NOT work: F5, Ctrl+F5, View >> Refresh, deleting history and temp inet files, closing IE, restart PC What does work: Cold reboot or (local sites) rename a folder/file and browse...- tedandkatie
