Is it possible to make a "virtual" datatype conversion of a field in Access 2000? E.g. if a field is of the "long integer" data type and we want to relate it to a "text" (string) field in another table in order to be able to query both tables, can we do that...

Are there any limitations for the number of indexes per table in SQL Server 7.0 (or per database for that matter). I know there are in Access 2000 (namely 32 indexes per table). Do you know any readings on the subject?
