Is there a simple way to forward the calling party number instead of the DDI number of the extension number that is dialled?
Hi - we have a few homeworkers who use 1XC and also log in as agents so their managers can keep tabs on them. However we seem to have issues with data being sent back to CMS. Many of them report that they have made more calls than CentreVu reports show.

After a site power down at the weekend our CMS Server isn't playing ball! The ACD is not connected and there is an MIS alarm on the CM.
I have busied and released the MIS but the error type 1 still appears.
Not really clued up on CMS but I'm 100% sure nothing has changed in the configuration...
Part of our work towards ISO27001 states that our voicemail system must have a standard greeting as per the below (3.3). is this possible? I'm thinking it would be a better option to request everyone leaves this statement within their voicemail greeting.
