    IBM Thinkpad Laptop w/o sound

    I have a IBM Thinkpad with Windows XP/office XP on it 256MB of RAM, 10GB harddrive...with no sound. It doesn't work with or with out headphones or external speakers. I want to fix it so I can sell it. What do you think a good price would be if I can get the sound working or without sound?

    XP PRO CD burning trouble

    My CD Burner wont recoginize any cds, but the cd-ROM will. When I put a disk in the cd burner the cd icon will flash next to the mouse pointer for about 5 seconds and then it goes away and the light on the cd burner goes off. Please help me.
