I have been having this problem with a few end-users for quiet sometime now and I have yet to figure it out. every month and after Windows updates, a handful of users either get funky printing or weird paper size error messages. It does not matter which network printer they print to (Xerox, HP)...
My system partition is starting to run low on disk space. What files can I get rid of to clear up some space on this partition? Also, what is the best way to maintain an Exchange 2003 Server (SP1)?

I have over 6700 messages pending submission. Several of them appear to be from legitimate email addresses. Most of them look like junk. How do I get rid of these? I tried deleting a some, but the count quickly goes back up. What is causing this and is this normal?

...from either the website or from WSUS. BITS was not running and I started that service, but the Automatic Updates service was not started and I get a 1083 error when trying to start this service. Any ideas how I can start getting updates again!

My exchange server is filled with these errors and the event 1022 is for users who's account no longer exist or are disabled (i changed the user to "username" in the error sample). Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these errors?

I have a few users who, on occasion, have their "home" folder/drive automatically re-mapped to the root of the home folder (ie. instead of \\server\home\%username%, they are mapped to \\server\home). The first example is how it is entered in their profile properties. What causes their mappings...

My original terminal server crashed and was unrecoverable. I since configured a replacement and given it the same IP as the original (for easy configuration purposes).
I deleted the original Server out of the AD and when I ping it, it still comes up with the original IP. How can I remedy this...

Can I remove all log files from my primary partition on my server? they are taking up quite a bit of space and is causing problems with symantec auto d/l virus defs. The log files range from:

1. 2 Exchange servers - 2000 (Win2k), 2003 (Win2k3)
2. 90% users are on 2000
3. 2000 receives all incoming mail and sends it to all users - inc. those on 2003
4. Installed IMF on 2003 and cannot add MSExchange IMF counter - its missing.
