Greetings:
I am a Nortel guy, but I have this one customer with this D816, I recently moved it and we added a station. This station 107 could not make out going calls. Disconnected lines 7,8, and 9 apeared but not lines 1,2 and 3. I did a Feature 99 and changed it, the display says line 1,2...
I have a CP 100 installed at a customer and it locks up about twice a month. The lights are on, but it will not answer any calls, this just started last month, it has been installed for about 2 years.
Any sugestions?

I have a new install for a real estate office; they have close to 200 agents.
1. I need most of the DID's to go directly into the agents voice mail, most agents have no DN.
2. I have about 25 DID's that I need to transparently forward to an outside number.
MICS 6.1
NAM 4.1
Thanks for any...
I would like to pull info from the notes of a contact in a lookup and insert them into a mail merge document.
The info need to be longer than just a word so I don't think a user field would work.
Can this be done or is there a better way.
Thanks,
Don

I thought I read somewhere that a CP 150 has a 300 mail box capacity, except if you are using an AA then it drops to 200. Is this true, or does the 150 always have a 300 box capacity?

Does the 6.1 software still limit conference calls to 3 callers?
I read some threads about doing things with lines and so forth but I don't think my customer will like that, He is also looking at an NEC system, he was told it will do 16.
Thanks,
Don
I need to add some voltage protection for my church. (I sell the Nortel ICS line not the Options)
My question is what voltage protection do I need to use, 235, 27, 39, or 75?
Thanks for your help.
