    Help with Pagemaker creating a PCL overlay with watermark

    I have a form that I have developed in Pagemaker that is used as an PCL overlay. The problem is that when the overlay is used with the actual form data, the form prints on top of the data and a watermark in the center of the form covers up the data instead of vica versa. Any suggestions?
