    Ticks, Arrowheads go to different layer.

    Hi; I read with interest the discussion between TCARPENTER and Alfred, about Al's "disappearing" ticks. I have the same problem he had (has?)! Mine don't disappear, they ALWAYS go to the "FRAMING" layer. I'm working on, say, HVAC. I add a dimension or leader and just the tick or arrowhead...
