Does anyone know which headset types and which telephone types allow the "Walkaway" state?
By Walkaway state, I'm referring to when an agent places a call on hold and disconnects their headset.
I thought I saw documentation on this somewhere, but I can't find it.
We have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 and web client 4.5 SU03 and the dialed number does not appear on the agent real-time display for all calls. It appears for internal and local calls, but not long distance.
Our local calls go out over ISDN PRI and long distance calls go out over regular T1s. The T1 route...
I have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 server that keeps producing MAS Link Handler errors. We're not using an Access Link, so I'd like to just disable the MAS Link Handler service.
Before I do that, I'd like to find out if disabling the MAS Link Handler service will have any adverse affect on Symposium Link...
Does anyone know if changing the duration that historical statistics are kept on the server in the Advanced Functions area of the SECC has an effect? Will the system use the settings that you put in or will it use the settings shown in the documentation?
