    We have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 and web client 4.5 SU03 and the dialed number does not appear on the agent real-time display for all calls. It appears for internal and local calls, but not long distance.     I have a SCCS 5.0 SU03 server that keeps producing MAS Link Handler errors. We're not using an Access Link, so I'd like to just disable the MAS Link Handler service.     SECC Historical Statistics Duration

    Does anyone know if changing the duration that historical statistics are kept on the server in the Advanced Functions area of the SECC has an effect? Will the system use the settings that you put in or will it use the settings shown in the documentation?
