    voip firewalls and vpn

    i am trying to use voip across adsl using a vpn then through a pix firewall the we are having is the setup of the call is fine but there is no voice.Will a firewall stop vpn traffic as i believe voip uses dynamic udp port ranges of 49000 to 53500 can any help.Thanks
