    Issue with PRI / NEAX IVS2 retro

    All of the sudden, my local calls, both in and out, go fast busy. Not always, but about 75% of the time. The circuit isn't full, and my LD PRI's work just fine.     How to block outbound caller ID on PRI (NEAX 2000 IVS2)

    SBC is telling me that they cannot block outbound caller ID on our PRI circuits, that we have to do it. I can't find anything in the manuals that allows me to send a privacy indicator. Any ideas, or anyone else hit this same roadblock? Thanks,
