Getting auto attendant to change message after hours.
During the day we have our standard greeting but we also recorded one for our after hour calls. How do I get the after hours to turn on at a certain time everyday (4:30 pm) and turn off and go back to the bussiness hours one in the morning(8:00am)M-F?- jobjob

Retrieving messages from general delivery box
Our company recently had a new norstar voicemail system installed and when callers transfer to the operator and the call is not answered a message comes on stating ("press 1 to leave a message in the companies general delivery box") how do I retrieve those messages? Also why doesn't...- jobjob
