Problem no 2 found a user handbook so customer could use call pickup said to pick up call ringing to
dialtone #80 then ext ringing ( it's is the console ext 0 ),all it does is tells the console station is calling, and it wants to ring back the station that was trying to pick up line ringing...

Customer is asking for a accounting system just for the 2 calling groups they have. They want to know ,how many call & time in Que for the group , who answerd ,time on hold they put the customer for each member, and who answerd

have 4 station in answer group 3 will ring , but station 4584 ,will not , checked ans group 3 all four stations are programed in , can call 4584 direct & will ring , what will stop 4584 from ringing in the ans group ? checked all 4 stations to see what was different ,and only the personal rings...
I know the password, but how do u monitor the calls coming in to the CG, customer is complainig at times call just ring no ans., when reps are logged in, trying to make sure call are coming to Legend, or with vendor not reaching switch, circuit is PRI, which is renumber to DID,with a delay...
with what upgrade card do you upgrade a 408 for caller ID, have a magix upgrade to 4.0 with upgrades on the back with different upgrades but i don't see caller ID
on a legend PRI can you send the calling party indentification as your station ID on outgoing calls, or does it need to be the same number for all ,plus i would guess it will depend on verizon or other carriers if they will allow
just return from central Calif farm country, cust has 6 lines ,all have hard to hear , low volume dial tone , SBC said that cannot do anything because cable & distance, long distance really bad , is their any equipement out their to raise volume before partner system
