    Answer DNS not working for DID number

    Calls to our president is suppose to be forwarded to his assistant's phone. I set an Answer DNS on the assistant's DNS. Internal calls are being routed to the assistant's phone but when someone uses the president's DID, it goes to the president's phone and not his assistant's. What a I missing?

    changing control set to ring only once on 2nd call

    How do I change the reception's phone (control) set to ring only once if she is already on a call? Right now, the 2nd call will continuously ring while she is already on a call and this can be distracting.
