I ahve an option 11 system that wont boot up. Keeps giving me the same message when powered up:

How do I set up a holiday greeting on Meridian Mail?
I know where to set it up. I am confused because there is a Field for "Start Time" but no "End Time" and what is the "End Date".

I have set a phone to CFXA but when an outside caller hits the DN 2200 it forwards them to Auto Atendant. It seems to work if an internal caller calls 2200 it then forwards to the external number. CFXA is allowed and the key is programed Key 4 CFW 16
I installed a CICS with Callpilot 150. Software version is 6.0.
The problem I am having is with Caller ID not displaying when the Auto Attendant is set to answer immediately then transfering the calls to extensions. Displays read "LINE 1" or 2, etc.

How can I forward my main line to an external#(answering service). I am already using my nite key on the attendant console(m2250) to go to Meridian Mail "Menu". I need to be able to forward to this external number anytime of day. The problem is the receptionists has no set time for her breaks.
Is there any tool (as part of the Resource kit, support tools, Microsoft.com, third party, whatever) that will break down all the members of all of the groups in a domain?
