    Anyone know of best way to test for PRI troubles? Any way to STAT D-channel for issues with carrier as with old Nortel switches?     6.1MICS / 4.0 Nam compatible?

    I just upgraded a 4.1 MICS to a 6.1 MICS XC. Upgrade went smooth but now external calls will not forward ring-no-answer to voice mail after a transfer from AA. I get the CCR recording instead. Internal calls transfer fine. Any help would be appreciated.
