Nortel Option 81c and Witness
We have an Option 81c and Witness system connected. My problem is when the agents try to Agent Initiated Monitoring, the application starts then it just times out waiting for the switch. Has anyone ever used the Witness Systems Agent Initiated Monting application and if so could you tell me...- larsonc

OTM and Auth Code Reports
We have the complete OTM system installed and I trying to run an AUTH CODE REPORT. When I run the reports it shows no AUTH CODES. When I look in the DATABASE everything else in in it from ANI to DNIS, an so. Just no AUTH CODES. We have over 20 diffrent AUTH CODES that our agents use. I'm...- larsonc
