Internally we can connect to the IP Office and Presence with Contact, Call Logs. From external we can connect make calls. However it says the presence not available. All ports opened to the IP Office. Any ideas will help.

When the caller searchs the directory and the names are liste to them, it takes 3 Minutes before the system provides additonal instructions such as *3 to clear list and enter a new name. Can this time be changed so the caller knows what option to press?

IP Office 500V2 6.0 with Voicemail Pro and Contact Store 7.8 installed. The recording is turned on for all users for In Bound and Out Bound calls. On incoming call, I see 2 References of the the same call being recorded. This does not happen on out going calls. Any ideas? Thanks
