    Call Volume

    Has anyone experienced any random problems with call volumes (the agent can hear the cutomer fine, but the customer can't hear the agent). We have a few cases of this on 3.2 and 4.0. It's completely random, but always seems to affect the same person - some people don't have any problems...

    V3 SoftPhone

    Connecting over a VPN, (I'm sure only since V3) with a SoftPhone, the first 2-3 secs there is dead air then suddenly the speech path opens and the quality is more or less perfect. Have other people experienced this and is there any kind of work around! Cheers.
