Definity G3 and audible rings heard
Have 8 hunt-groups of 3 people per group. Looking for the setting that changes the number of rings the "other" 2 people hear that are not on the phone at the time another phone call comes in to that team. The customer hears 4 rings then hold music, the hunt-groups hear 1 ring. If...- Thrillhouse
