I have several IP phones (4602) that will not boot. I have determined that they do not have a boot file or application file loaded. When I view the config, <no app name> and <no boot name> is displayed where one would normally find the name of the bin files.

Can someone tell me how to compeltely delete a Voicemail Pro user.

I just recently implemented an IPO 403 with ~20 IP phones. A couple of users have reported getting an echo when talking on the IP phones. (The phones are 4620s and 4602s.)
