Tip for missing bars/ light stripes
If you ever have light stripes on a page, especially those that don't go away after 3 cleanings, here is a tip: If you know how to print a full page of solid color (black, cyan, magenta or yellow) print it the highest quality/ photo quality 1200 DPI. Printhead problem or not? Phaser 860
I had cooked ink in a phaser 860, so after getting new sticks, I decided to purge the old ink. Yellow was fine. Blue started streaking really badly and left splotches, paper started jamming. I can't figure out if splotches are on the prinhead or somewhere else, but there are splotches that print...- chuladi
